The very difficult 30 degree site posed its own challenges not only with piling and retaining walls, the waterproofing needed to be all inclusive to create a watertight basement from the top of the retaining wall to under the slab. The detailing needed to achieve the Clients and Architects finish, while challenging was rewarded with the excellent end result.
